What is the Competitive Index?
A short, anonymous employee diagnostic tool that measures how ready your organization is to compete.
Employees rate 32 statements on a 1–5 scale, from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The statements cover eight dimensions: Leadership, Customer / Client, Decision Making, Innovation (incl. AI & Emerging Tech), Teamwork, Talent & Culture, Systems, Tools, and Processes, Action & Risk Mindset.
A score for each dimension, compared with benchmarks and broken down by your chosen demographics such as team, location, and level, plus recommended next steps.
